Tanek Smith is a high school student who lives in Emporium, Pennsylvania. Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, he has been interested in meteorology and weather for his entire life. He moved in to Pennsylvania when he was younger. He has been tracking storms in the state of Pennsylvania since he was 12, and uploads videos about them on his main YouTube channel. He appeared on the news in March 2025 after interviewing a local news crew and discussing meteorology with them. Tanek created this website on April 17, 2025, and is the owner of the entire Pennsylvania Storm Tracking project.

Antonio Cerri is a student at Millersville University studying Meteorology, but lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His love for meteorology started out when he was in middle school, and during high school, he knew he wanted to do this as his career after completing his education. Before going to college, he had the chance to shadow with KDKA TV Meteorologist Ray Petelin, as seen in the photo. He also runs multiple social media accounts, including a Youtube Channel with 2000 subscribers. Antonio was asked to help run Pennsylvania Storm Tracking, and he agreed since this would help him practice forecasting during college.

Cloudy lives in the Piedmont region of South Carolina, and was originally born just outside of Columbus, Ohio. Cloudy has had a deep love for weather since early childhood, and that passion still continues on today. He has been tracking storms for approximately 4 years, and is the general forecaster for most of the continental United States, excluding the northeast. He also operates Internal Technology resources for PAST.

Cloudy does not use his real identity online, and instead goes by "Cloudy Wilson", he/him/his.
